Jeep is a founding partner of venture firms, a senior executive at Intel and pre-IPO technology companies, and an economist at The World Bank with over 20 years of expertise in driving the formation, growth, and market success of technology-based organizations in numerous countries. She thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is renowned for her strategic thinking, governance, and leadership skills.Her multi-industry career paths are woven together by one overarching theme: global impact. From supporting Ministries of Finance in emerging economies in South America, Africa, and Asia, to pioneering Android-based tablets for global education, and launching an impact venture investment firm in Latin America, she believes that 'financial returns are necessary but not sufficient; impact returns are also required.' This guiding principle has consistently yielded positive results across multiple industries and economies throughout her career. Jeep also lectures on venture capital investment courses - Sustainable & Impact Finance Curriculum - at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.Her industry expertise spans companies and products in Climate Tech, Deep Tech, B2B Enterprise, Education, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, and Financial Services. She has held positions ranging from Fortune 100 to pre-IPO growth firms, as well as early and mid-stage (Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A, and B) startups.Her board work includes Final Aim, AHEAD Medicine, The Circulate Initiative founded by Circulate Capital, and the Intel Alumni Network.
